The Emperor embodies building authority. With method and rigor, he structures the world around him and imposes lasting order through firm decisions.
Seated in profile on his throne, legs crossed, The Emperor does not need to face us to rule: his authority is established. His scepter asserts power; the eagle on his shield carries his vision far. He is structure, law, the frame that protects and orders — the material world organized by a firm will.
